Well the election is now is the past and the numbers are final and being recorded for the books. There are things I like and dislike the election process. I have more dislikes are more today than likes at the moment.
Dislikes
1. The constant ads run on TV, radio, and in the mail. This year I add the social media to that list.
2. The lies and smear campaigns run by each party about their opponent
3. The Electoral College. Each state should have the equal amount or Population vote
4. The Debate. There should be one presidential and one vice president debate. Most people usually only tune in for the first and never really learn anything new from the candidates in the other debates that you did not learn in the first.
5. Every state should equal time with each of the candidates. States should not always go red while others always go blue therefore leaving the decision up to a few key states such as Ohio.
6.The television and media should always balanced and fair and not to mention unbiased.
7. The thoughts and opinions of the other countries do matter at all in a American election no matter big or small.
8. I hate voters do not understand the truth and vote on like.
9. In a race with sitting president voters need to look at the record without rose-colored glasses on.
10. I do like when when it feels like my vote did not count .- That is what I feel like today.
Likes
1.I have a voice no matter how small it seems like today
2. We are one of the first countries in history to have a system of selecting our leaders
3. Feeling of community when working a political party in my area to help elect leaders
4. Our choice is important
5. Love of this country
Today I am disappointed in the voting selection of many. This President did nothing but slander, lie and attack his opponent during the campaign. His record shows that he is a big spender, has record of high unemployment. He has continue to put our military in more and more jeopardy by not cutting spending and passing a balancing budget. He wants a bigger government in a time when government needs to be smaller. Obamacare is just costing us and our future kids and grand kids more tax dollars. Women may have equal pay but we have have lost more jobs in the past four years. I could go on and on. My simple question is why did voters believe the lies he spread while not paying attention to his record, and philosophy. Romney deserved a chance to change because he believed in American independence and strength.
In the next four years are not only going to be Obama's fault but also the blame will go on the conscience of those who voted to re-elect this president.
I am blessed to have a wonderful family I love greatly and they keep me balanced. My love for my country and it's history is my passion and I greatly appreciate the beauty of nature that god has given everyone to protect.

Long Time No Blog
Well knowing it has been a long time since I last blogged I thought it was time. But do I play catch up or do I just blog something random or another option do I just do a mix of both. Since I really cann not make up my mind on which I just blog and see what comes out at the end and add some pictures also.
Fall is my favorite time of year and the one one place I wanted to be was at Mesa Verde to see the colors changes since I was not I only got to see it though pictures of Ranger friends who where lucky enough to be there still working.
Since I arrived back in Fountain CO I worked hard to no success to find a job so I started in motion what I started thinking about in the Spring which was going back to school and was not until part way though my Mesa Verde season that I did not want to a Masters in History but in Education. So upon returning I started researching and looking into programs. Finally coming to the decision of the University of Phoenix but there are two ways to go thought the program one was online and the other was in ground classes but none was avaible was close so after much thought and looking at the university programs here in Colorado Springs I decided online was the way to go not only do I not have I no travel time at least until I start student teaching I could if needed still work at least this coming season at a park I just take my computer and connect to internet. So applied and filled all the Federal Loan paperwork and if all goes according to clockwork I should start at the end this month.
Christmas was low key this year recieved a juniper bonsai tree from my parents hopefully it will be alive this time next year, need to get tools to start shaping it.
Mostly besides job applictions and schooll forms I have been reading alot.
Showing Mesa Verde off for Christmas I wish I had been there to see this in person.
