Thank You

This country sometimes has plain frustrating and crazy values focuses. Here we spend more time on mourning and celebrating actors, singers and other stars than we do our veterans and current serving military men and women. In this time veterans of World War Two are passing away we grandly and more grandly eulogize Micheal Jackson than we do the men who are dying who fought to protect the liberty and freedom of this great county. We spend more time gossiping about what celebrity is doing what and who with than we do to take the time to say Thank You to the current serving men and women in military or give sympathy and encouragement to the families of those men and women. I believe that the veterans and current serving men and women are more deserving of higher acclamation than any celebrity no matter how much they make, what movie or song they have made or even who they are married or divorced. Military men and women in the past and in the present volunteered to give their time and their lives if need to protect us from terrorism and anything that threatens the liberty and freedom of this country and others We should remember this everyday and be grateful for their selfless devotion to America. So as a US citizen I say Thank You to every current serving men and women who are protecting me today and to the Veterans who served to protect this great country and helped it make it the way it is today.
